The Puppy Room

This is where we
start our life.
This is our room. We have plenty of windows so we can
have sunshine and lots of room to play.
We are born and raised in this room where our human
Mom sleeps on the couch when necessary to watch over expecting Moms. She helps us into
this new world and to take our first breath. She warms us with soft towels and after we cry
we are placed on a warm heat pad until we are completely dry. Then we are placed with our
real Mom so we can learn how to nurse and it usually does not take long.We stay with our
Mom for 6 to 8 weeks and then we learn to eat on our own.At first we do this as a litter
and later we learn to eat by ourselves. We grow and develop into strong healthy Yorkies. We
have a lot of one on one attention so they we learn how to socialize with other
puppies and sometimes adults as well as people. We see family members and hear all the
things that are going on in the house. The phone, vacuum,TV,pots and pans are very familiar
sounds to us.The last week we are here we sleep alone in our Pack and Play. This way there
is less stress when we go to our new home.
Hilcrest Yorkie are well adjusted, loving and
healthy. They are up to date on vaccines, worming, and have a 1 year health
guarantee when they go to their new home at 12 weeks of age.
